Refund policy

Most of our physical products are printed or made specifically for each order. Print-on-demand, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at farmerwillow@mysideofthebarn.com. Please include your order information and photographs showing the problem so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label when a return is required, along with instructions explaining how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Digital products

Digital products, including e-books, PDF downloads, printable files, digital journals, and other downloadable products, are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered electronically. Digital purchases cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after delivery.

If you experience difficulty accessing a digital purchase, contact us at farmerwillow@mysideofthebarn.com, and we will gladly help resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on personalized products, made-to-order products, print-on-demand products, digital products, sale items, or gift cards unless an eligible physical item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your physical order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an authorized return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
